Arneisha Sadler is a proud native Houstonian from the historic Acres Homes community and a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. She brings over two decades of customer service and business expertise to the table. Early in her career before launching her own company, she contributed to T-Mobile earning six J.D. Power Awards for Customer Satisfaction, an outstanding achievement that reflected her dedication to service and excellence. She later turned that expertise into a purpose-driven business of her own.
In 2017, while overcoming homelessness due to domestic violence and living in a motel, Arneisha founded Emeniss™ Call Center, transforming adversity into action and laying the foundation for what is now a thriving hub for innovative business solutions and strategic partnerships. Recognized as Houston’s Business Ambassador, Arneisha is a driving force in the city’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Through the Arneisha Mean Business™ brand, she remains a highly sought-after expert, delivering practical training, sharing valuable insights, and inspiring others as a speaker, mentor, and visionary shaping Houston’s business culture. She mentors through the University of Houston SURE™ Program, Houston Community College (HCC) Business Plan Competition, HCC Business Management
Advisory Committee, and Junior Achievement at Alief Early College High School. She also serves on the boards of Harris County Homeless Advisory Council, H.O.P.E. Haven, and YouniCOINS, advocating for homelessness awareness and solutions. Her leadership has earned her numerous honors, including being named a 2023 Women Business Enterprises National Council (WBENC) WBE Star and receiving multiple Houston Business Journal awards: 2022 Most Admired CEO, 2021 Woman Who Means Business, and 2021 40 Under 40.
Outside of business, Arneisha enjoys swimming, travel, music, reading, and spending time with her family. Anchored in faith and prayer, she lives by this truth: GOD is faithful.
Courtney King brings a strong background in customer service, where she developed a natural ability to connect with people, resolve challenges with care, and create positive experiences. That same excellence in communication and compassion now fuels her work as Community Outreach Specialist.
Affectionately known as “The Sunshine of Our Team,” Courtney leads with authenticity and warmth in every interaction. In her outreach role, she engages with residents, stakeholders, and community partners to build trust, increase participation, and promote inclusive engagement, especially through signature initiatives like the New LBJ Hospital Project. Her presence is felt both in person and over the phone, where her welcoming tone leaves a lasting impact.
Courtney also brings her project management skills into each initiative she supports, coordinating timelines, managing logistics, and ensuring that community-focused efforts stay organized and on track. She bridges outreach with execution, making sure that every detail aligns with the overall mission of the project.
With a genuine passion for people and a spirit that uplifts those around her, Courtney continues to be a vital part of the Emeniss™ team partnering with PPG Global and a trusted presence in the community.
Louis Becerra serves as our Community Outreach Specialist, with a strong focus on building strategic community partnerships. Though semi-retired, Louis is far from slowing down. His continued involvement reflects a deep passion for business, service, and purpose-driven work that empowers others and creates meaningful opportunities.
He brings a wealth of experience from his time at PPG Global, where he continues to specialize in aligning communities with impactful initiatives and economic participation. At Emeniss™ Call Center, Louis plays a key role in strengthening public-private relationships, expanding outreach, and increasing small business engagement in government-led development efforts.
With a collaborative spirit and a natural ability to build trust, Louis serves as a vital bridge between organizations and the communities they serve. His commitment to community development extends well beyond his professional role. He regularly volunteers with local nonprofits, offering his expertise to help them achieve their missions more effectively.
A lifelong learner, Louis actively participates in workshops and seminars, where he shares insights and embraces new perspectives that fuel innovation and growth.
Outside of work, Louis enjoys golfing, traveling, and cooking—hobbies that reflect his love for connecting with people, exploring diverse cultures, and engaging in meaningful conversation. His travels often serve as opportunities to learn from other communities and bring back fresh ideas that enrich his work. His culinary adventures are also a favorite way to gather friends and family, turning meals into joyful celebrations of culture and togetherness.
