About us

Founded in 2017 in Houston, TX, Emeniss™ Call Center is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) that specializes in providing inbound and outbound call center services for businesses, nonprofits organizations, and MUSH markets (Municipal and state governments, Universities, Schools, and Hospitals).

Customer service, account management, administration, dispatch, overflow calls, and after-hours services are among our 24-hour services to assist businesses in reducing operating costs, increasing productivity, and focusing on growth and development without sacrificing customer service quality.

Through our partnership with the Texas Workforce Commission- Vocational Rehabilitation, we offer work-based learning experiences and career opportunities to adults, youth, and students with disabilities.  We are also registered with the City of Houston's Office of Opportunity, including the Hire Houston First Program designation.

We love our community!

Geraldine "Geri" Foster

Catina Green is a native of Beaumont, Texas who moved to Houston, Texas in 2008. She worked at Joe V’s Smart Shop as a scanner and later became a lead scanner in less than 3 months. Her smile and outstanding customer service eventually promoted her to H‑E‑B Business Center. In August 2022, she was forced to resign due to health issues, but her passion for helping would not let her be idle. She allowed her faith to encourage her to try to work at a call center and work remotely, both of which she had never done. She would also have the freedom and flexibility to spend more time with the loves of her life, her amazing 3 children. “I am a true believer that God places people and things in our lives at His perfect timing,” says Catina. She did so well training and gained the admiration of the other team members that she was offered a position in leadership! We are grateful and excited that Catina will be sharing her 11 years in business and customer service experience to take us to the next level!
