Founded in 2017, Emeniss™, LLC is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) in Houston that provides a call center where businesses outsource their customer service calls. We help businesses focus on their core aspects, reduce overhead expenses, and streamline call operations that increase productivity.
From incoming calls related to customer queries, call overflow, and after hours calls, to initiating customer contact for surveys, follow-ups, and lead generating, our representatives are available 24 hours/7days to deliver excellent customer service. We use call data and quality assurance evaluations to train on identifying and seizing opportunities to enhance customer experience and leverage growth. Our services are tailored solutions for customer service management, script writing, training, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
We are seeking to provide call center services to businesses and the government through prime and/or subcontractor opportunities. Our registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes 561421, 561422, and 561499 is active. In addition, we are a registered vendor with the City of Houston's Office of Opportunity, including the Hire Houston First program designation. The procurement and partnership with Emeniss™ support additional small businesses and provide jobs in underserved communities.
Arneisha Sadler is a Houston native with 20 years of call center and customer service experience that includes helping T-Mobile win six "J.D. Power Award for Customer Satisfaction." In 2017 while she was homeless due to domestic violence and staying at a motel room, she founded Emeniss™ Call Center to help small businesses with their customer service. In addition to her leadership with the University of Houston SURE Program, Arneisha is an advisor for the HCC Business Plan Competition and mentor for the Junior Achievement Company at Alief Early College High School. Even with a full schedule, she still volunteers with the Houston Food Bank and serves on the Board of Directors for HOPE Haven and YouniCOINS, a 501c3 nonprofit organization she founded to help homeless children. Her work earned 2021 Houston Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award and 2021 Houston Business Journal Women Who Mean Business Award. Away from business and community service, she enjoys spending time with her family, socializing, traveling, reading, listening to music, and learning about different cultures. With prayer and faith being her anchors, Arneisha’s final thought is, "GOD is faithful."
Elizabeth John joined Emeniss™ Call Center in 2020. As a result of her Bachelor's degree in HR Management and almost a decade of experience in recruitment, training, and employee retention, we are building a strong team. She is a former case manager for The Montrose Center, and now serves full-time at The Beacon to help the Houston homeless community. While Elizabeth is dedicated to social work, she is also the CEO of her own all-natural skincare product line, That Butta Baby. Being an entrepreneur, philanthropist, counselor, and church usher are a few of the many crowns she wears; however, none is more fulfilling and rewarding to her than being a mother to her 2 children and 2 dogs. Moreover, she has extended her love by founding Mama Liz Safe Haven Home to provide shelter for young adults.
To provide career opportunities in underserved communities.
To be the premier choice for call center services, and a workplace of empowerment and advancement.
