Founded in 2017 and 20 years of experience, we are a Texas-based Small Minority/Women Business Enterprise (SBE | MBE |WBE | WOSB | DBE | HUB), providing career opportunities in underserved communities.
Our Customer Service Representatives enjoy assisting with inbound and outbound customer calls, customer support, sales, lead generation, and more.
Small to mid- businesses outsource their customer service calls to us so they can focus on core functions and save time & money, without compromising quality service.
Non-profit organizations and Government agencies (NAICS 561422, 561421) rely on us to assist with high call volumes and call overflow to reduce hold times and create a better experience for the public.
Here, our values of wisdom, integrity, gratefulness, and humbleness are leading us to be the premier choice for call center services, and a workplace of empowerment and advancement for our team. Believe it. Achieve it. Do it here.
To provide career opportunities underserved communities.

Arneisha Sadler, Founder & CEO of Emeniss™ Call Center and Houston native from Acres Homes, has 20 years of call center experience. As a teen mom in high school, she landed a job as a telemarketer and later helped
T-Mobile win six "J.D. Power Award for Customer Satisfaction."
In 2017, Arneisha left a domestic violence marriage, and she and her two daughters went to a homeless shelter. She left her house with all her belongings, including her best friend & beloved dog, Snow White. Overwhelmed with confusion, fear, and depression, Arneisha began to fast and pray. She enrolled in Lone Star College where she met Small Business owners who shared their challenges with customer service. She offered her award-winning skills to help with customer acquisition, retention, and promotion. Shortly afterwards, she was able to move to a motel room, where she built Emeniss™ Call Center, which is her daughter’s name Emerald and Arneisha’s nickname Nissi.
Arneisha has been a part of several business programs and pitch competitions that include:

Emeniss™ Call Center is rapidly growing as individuals seek work-from-home opportunities due to COVID-19. The pandemic has also caused an increase in domestic violence and homelessness. As a survivor and former client of HOPE Haven, Arneisha participates in outreach programs, serves as a Homeless Advisory Council Member at Harris County Social Services, and volunteers at the Houston Food Bank. She also founded YouniCOINS, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that helps homeless children. A kid at heart, she have lots of fun working with Birthday Bash Box to gift children a learning experience through Birthday celebrations! In 2021, she became a member of Secrets of the Sistership and volunteered with TheRose.org in helping save lives through quality breast health services, advocacy, and access to care for all.
Away from business and community service, Arneisha enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, traveling, and learning about different cultures. Not a regular TV watcher, you can find her nose in a book or headset blasting music. Prayer and faith are her anchors.
Final words from Arneisha Sadler, "GOD is Faithful."
