To build the best call center infrastructure with the best customer service agents.
Arneisha Sadler, Founder & CEO, and Houston native from the Acres Homes community, has 20 years of call center experience. As a teen mom in high school, she landed a job as a telemarketer and excelled the company's goals. A few years later, she was hired at Asurion and helped T-Mobile win six (6) "J.D. Power Award for Customer Satisfaction."
In 2017, Arneisha made a heartbreaking yet smart decision to leave a domestic violent marriage, and she and her two daughters went to a homeless shelter. She left her house and all her belongings, including her best friend & beloved dog, Snow White. Overwhelmed with confusion, fear, and depression, Arneisha began to fast and pray. She enrolled into Lone Star College and met Small Business owners and Entrepreneurs who shared their challenges with providing great customer service and managing retention, which was her passion and expertise. So instead of landing another prestige position at a Fortune 500 company, she decided to offer her award-winning customer service to local Small Businesses. Her tuition grant refund allowed her to leave the shelter and go to a motel room, where she founded and built Emeniss™ Call Center, which is her daughter’s name Emerald and Arneisha’s nickname Nissi.
Since the launch, Arneisha has been apart of several programs and winning business completions that included but not limited to:
Today, Emeniss™ Call Center has more than 30 agents and is rapidly growing as individuals seek Work From Home opportunities due to COVID-19. This pandemic has also caused an increase in domestic violence and homelessness. As a survivor and former client of HOPE Haven, Arneisha participates in outreach services to help others. She is also a Homeless Advisory Council Member at Harris County Social Services and volunteer at the Houston Food Bank. In March 2020, Arneisha along with her mother and two daughters, founded YouniCOINS, a nonprofit organization that helps homeless children.
Away from business and community service, she enjoys moments of laughter and pure joy with her huge family! She loves traveling and learning about different cultures. Not a regular TV watcher, you can find her nose in a book or headset blasting music. Last but not least, prayer and faith are her pillars.
