Arneisha Sadler is a proud native Houstonian from the historic Acres Homes community and a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. She brings over two decades of customer service and business expertise to the table. Early in her career before launching her own company, she contributed to T-Mobile earning six J.D. Power Awards for Customer Satisfaction, an outstanding achievement that reflected her dedication to service and excellence. She later turned that expertise into a purpose-driven business of her own.
In 2017, while overcoming homelessness due to domestic violence and living in a motel, Arneisha founded Emeniss™ Call Center, transforming adversity into action and laying the foundation for what is now a thriving hub for innovative business solutions and strategic partnerships. Recognized as Houston’s Business Ambassador, Arneisha is a driving force in the city’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Through the Arneisha Mean Business™ brand, she remains a highly sought-after expert, delivering practical training, sharing valuable insights, and inspiring others as a speaker, mentor, and visionary shaping Houston’s business culture. She mentors through the University of Houston SURE™ Program, Houston Community College (HCC) Business Plan Competition, HCC Business Management Advisory Committee, and Junior Achievement at Alief Early College High School. She also serves on the boards of Harris County Homeless Advisory Council, H.O.P.E. Haven, and YouniCOINS, advocating for homelessness awareness and solutions. Her leadership has earned her numerous honors, including being named a 2023 Women Business Enterprises National Council (WBENC) WBE Star and receiving multiple Houston Business Journal awards: 2022 Most Admired CEO, 2021 Woman Who Means Business, and 2021 40 Under 40.
Outside of business, Arneisha enjoys swimming, travel, music, reading, and spending time with her family. Anchored in faith and prayer, she lives by this truth: GOD is faithful.
Courtney King brings a strong background in customer service, where she developed a natural ability to connect with people, resolve challenges thoughtfully, and create positive experiences. Today, that same excellence in communication and compassion drives her work as a Community Outreach Specialist at Emeniss™ Call Center, in partnership with PPG Global.
Affectionately known as "The Sunshine of Our Team," Courtney leads with authenticity and warmth in every interaction. She engages residents, stakeholders, and community partners to build trust, promote participation, and provide inclusive engagement, particularly through major initiatives such as the New LBJ Hospital Project. Whether in person or over the phone, her welcoming presence leaves a lasting impression.
Courtney also brings strong project management skills to every initiative she supports, coordinating timelines, managing logistics, and ensuring that outreach efforts align seamlessly with broader project goals. Known for her attention to detail, Courtney even carries a "Mary Poppins" tote bag filled with essentials to handle anything the day may bring, further reinforcing her reliability and preparedness.
Beyond her professional commitments, Courtney enjoys immersing herself in captivating novels, creating crochet masterpieces, and exploring new cuisines during her travels. With a spirit that uplifts and a heart for service, she continues to be a trusted and vital part of the ECC team.
Louis Becerra serves as our Community Outreach Specialist, leading efforts to build strategic partnerships that strengthen business networks and expand outreach initiatives. Though semi-retired, Louis remains fully engaged in advancing projects that reflect his lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and empowerment.
A proud United States Army veteran, Louis served from 1969 to 1979. His military background instilled in him the discipline, dedication, and leadership that continue to shape his professional work and outreach efforts. His service experience fuels a passion for creating meaningful opportunities and supporting the growth of the individuals and organizations he serves.
Louis brings a wealth of experience from his time at PPG Global, where he currently specializes in aligning communities with impactful initiatives and driving economic participation. He plays a critical role in expanding outreach, strengthening public-private relationships, and increasing small business engagement in government-led development projects. He also successfully lead teams to design and implement outreach, compliance, and training programs focused on achieving M\W\SDBE (Minority, Women, Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises) goals and building more inclusive environments.
Beyond his career achievements, Louis remains an active volunteer with local nonprofits, supports holiday food distribution initiatives, and lends his expertise to organizations such as World Youth Foundation, Inc. (WYF). His work consistently promotes collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth across diverse sectors.
Outside of his work responsibilities, Louis enjoys golfing, traveling, and cooking alongside his wife of 42 years. One of his most memorable travel experiences was visiting Cancun, Mexico, where he embraced new cultures and created lasting memories. His love for gathering friends and family around a good meal reflects his belief that service, like food, has the power to bring people together.
